AstroNova offers returns and refunds on products within 14 days of receipt, subject to our returns policy. AstroNova is not liable for Cosmic Blueprints that has the incorrect birth information that was supplied by the customer. Digital products and services are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the return is due to an error on our part.
